Eco League to host counselor event during 2007 NACAC

The Eco League will host a dinner and presentation during the 2007 Conference of the National Association for College Admission Counseling on Friday, Sept. 28, for guests to learn more about only college consortium in the U.S. dedicated to environmental learning and the active pursuit of environmental studies.

Last year, secondary school counselors came from as far west as Alaska and as far east as Switzerland to learn more about the consortium and what it offers to students interested in environmental sciences and environmental studies.

This year's dinner will be held from 7 to 11 p.m.at the Iron Cactus Restaurant in Austin. The Iron Cactus is located at the heart of Austin's entertainment district, within walking distance of the Austin Conference Center and most major host hotels. Dinner will feature an array of regional tex-mex cuisine. Drinks are on us, including margaritas and tequila!
